Crias are one of God's greatest gifts to us. There are so many special moments we get to share with the babies. Whether they're playing and running with their mates, bucking and running sideways at full tilt, or enjoying a more serene moment of sunning themselves in the warm pasture, humming gently with their mama, we continue to be completely smitten and thankful that they are a big part of our lives. The first time a little one trusts us enough to eat out of our hand; feeling the bond between animal and human develop during training sessions; seeing that baby grow into a proud, strong, beautiful alpaca - we have these memories with each one of our cria. Yes, they are truly one of God's greatest gifts.
