"We utilize Red Moon Alpacas and Cindy Hartley, Owner, to broker our alpacas. First, the animals are thoroughly examined upon arrival at her farm - a better examination than given by many veterinarians. Our animals have always passed so we move on to the next level of activity. In addition, their farm is excellently maintained, so we are comfortable leaving our animals on site.

We found the marketing to be creative, timely, and aggressive in terms of pursuing [win/win] sales opportunities, but NOT aggressive in terms of being pushy to close a sales transaction. Animal care? Cindy is extremely competent and knowledgeable in animal health. Most of all, she's caring regarding the animal, where it's prospective new home might be and who the new owners might be. That is very important to us, as we provide a good home for our animals and want them to go to good new homes.
